Counselling

Louisburgh Community Project is pleased to be able to offer an affordable, low cost counselling service.  

Counselling is for everyone who wants help, perhaps at a time of crisis or otherwise, who is unhappy with his/her circumstances and hopes for change, or wishes to make progress in personal development.

Counselling is valuable as an aid to personal growth.

It can help to develop assertiveness and self-confidence and improve your sense of wellbeing.

It is of particular relevance in times of transition and turbulence.
